The New Nuremberg Trials 2021
A team of over 1,000 lawyers and over 10,000 medical experts led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich have begun legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO & the Davos Group for crimes against humanity. Fuellmich and his team present the faulty PCR test and the order for doctors to label any comorbidity death as a Covid death as fraud. The PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is 100% faulty at 35 cycles. All the PCR tests overseen by the CDC are set at 37 to 45 cycles. The CDC admits that any tests over 28 cycles are not admissible for a positive reliable result. This alone invalidates over 90% of the alleged covid cases / ”infections” tracked by the use of this faulty test.
In addition to the flawed tests and fraudulent death certificates, the “experimental” vaccine itself is in violation of Article 32 of the Geneva Convention. Under Article 32 of the 1949 Geneva Convention IV, “mutilation and medical or scientific experiments not necessitated by the medical treatment of a protected person” are prohibited. According to Article 147, conducting biological experiments on protected persons is a grave breach of the Convention.
The “experimental” vaccine is in violation of all 10 of the Nuremberg Codes which carry the death penalty for those who seek to violate these International Laws.
The “vaccine” fails to meet the following five requirements to be considered a vaccine and is by definition a medical “experiment” and trial:
Provides immunity to the virus
This is a “leaky” gene therapy that
does not provide immunity to Covid and claims to reduce symptoms yet
double-vaccinated are now 60% of the patients requiring ER or ICU with
covid infections.
Protects recipients from getting the virus
This gene-therapy does not provide immunity and double-vaccinated can still catch and spread the virus.
Reduces deaths from the virus infection
This gene-therapy does not reduce deaths from the infection. Double-Vaccinated infected with Covid have also died.
Reduces circulation of the virus
This gene-therapy still permits the spread of the virus as it offers zero immunity to the virus.
Reduces transmission of the virus
This gene-therapy still permits the transmission of the virus as it offers zero immunity to the virus.

Remember Adam Skelly? He’s the owner of Adamson Barbecue, the Ontario restaurant that refused to close down indoor dining when Ontario issued yet another lockdown order in November 2020. Ultimately, Skelly was charged with six different offences, some provincial and some federal.
On June 28 and 29, his numerous charges will be heard in court. An expertly run crowdfunding campaign has garnered more than $338,000 to be used towards his legal fees and related expenses. He plans to make good use of it.

The IBA, a private bar association headquartered in Mumbai, served the notice due to the WHO continuing to spread disinformation about the drug ‘Ivermectin’, despite having full knowledge of a judgement passed by the Honourable High Court of Bombay at Goa on the 29th May 2021.
The judgement was passed after a previous legal note was served on the 25th May 2021 to the chief scientist at the WHO, Dr Soumya Swaminathan due to public statements made, including on Twitter, stating that the WHO did not recommend the use of Ivermectin to treat the alleged Covid-19 disease, “except within clinical trials”. She also said there was “no evidence” that the drug helped stop the alleged disease’s progression.
The WHO has consistently said there is insufficient evidence to prove that Ivermectin helps alleviate the alleged Covid-19 disease.
The IBA’s 51-page notice, sent on 25th May, called Swaminathan’s statements “highly unconscionable, misleading and issued with ulterior purposes and deliberate intention to underplay the effectiveness of Ivermectin in treating the Covid-19 patients as well as its use as a prophylaxis and to dissuade people from using this drug by creating doubts in the minds of people around safety of Ivermectin”.
The association called for action under sections 302 (punishment for murder), 304 (II) (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 88 (act not intended to cause death), 120 (B) (party to criminal conspiracy) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of a common intention) “and other provisions of the Indian Penal Code and under Disaster Management Act, 2005”.

The Court granted the Government’s request that Pastor Coates not be permitted to challenge the constitutional validity of Dr. Deena Hinshaw’s orders at the trial. The government will not be required to produce scientific evidence in support of Dr. Hinshaw’s orders.
They don't have any evidence that support Hinshaw's orders. Can't provide something that does no exist. To date I have not found any evidence to say lockdowns, mask wearing, social distancing etc work. Nothing.

A German court declared that COVID19 lockdowns imposed by the government are unconstitutional.
Recently, it was revealed that the German Interior Ministry hired scientists to develop fake coronavirus model in order to justify strict lockdown, according to extensive email exchanges obtained by a group of lawyers in a legal dispute.
A major lawsuit has also been filed against the PM of Denmark for strict COVID-19 restrictions and for killing almost 17 million minks.
Last year, an American federal judge ruled coronavirus restrictions in Pennsylvania as unconstitutional.

The new guidance follows in the wake of a lawsuit by CHD and eight parents of New York schoolchildren challenging mandatory COVID testing and closing of New York City Schools.

Lawsuit Filed Against Denmark PM for COVID-19 Restrictions & Killing 17 Million Minks
A major lawsuit has been filed against the PM of Denmark for strict COVID-19 restrictions and for killing almost 17 million minks. According to the lawsuit, authorities did not recommend a major shutdown, as the PM Mette Frederiksen claimed.

A combined constitutional case was submitted on January 29th, 2021 where German immunologist Professor Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi and Dr Soren Ventegodt presented a report on coronavirus pandemic which states that there is no corona pandemic at all since the PCR test results are incorrect.
It was only recently that the WHO changed its PCR test ctiteria to cover-up false positives and cautioned experts not to rely solely on the results of a PCR test to detect the coronavirus.
