Missouri judge ruled that local health officials can no longer issue COVID-19 safety orders. He said the orders infringe upon the constitutional separation of powers between branches of government, reported the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The ruling from Cole County Circuit Court Judge Daniel Green means local health regulations throughout Missouri are struck down and rendered obsolete, reported the Post-Dispatch.

“This case is about whether Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services regulations can abolish representative government in the creation of public health laws, and whether it can authorize closure of a school or assembly based on the unfettered opinion of an unelected official. This court finds it cannot,” said Green, according to the Post-Dispatch.

  Criminal law just might be the way to go. Murder, Assault, Fraud, Bribery, Threatening, Coercion, Lack of informed consent. If someone is injured or dies due to the vaccine, that would be a criminal offense. If anyone who gives the vaccine does not tell anyone all the side effects that is a crime. If anyone in gov or working for the gov pushing the drug, does not warn people of the all the side affects that is a criminal offense.  If anyone attempts to prevent the truth from being told that is a criminal offense. If anyone is being abused even they are obligated to tell the truth about the abuse.  Threatening, Coercion, Lack of informed consent fall in the category. Anyone who pushes a drug that is dangerous has a problem, crime wise. False advertising is also a crime.  Maybe parents could get a few thousand retraining order to stop their children from being vaccinated or forces to. Anyone can do that one. Even employees.

Over 100 Workers Sue Top US Nuclear Weapons Lab over Coercive Vaccine Mandates

 Over a hundred workers at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, are suing the federal government due to mandates involving the experimental Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines. Specifically, the workers named the federal contractor Triad National Security LLC, which is paid by the Department of Energy to run the lab.
