How to report an adverse event
If you experience an adverse event following immunization with a COVID-19 vaccine in Canada, please contact your healthcare provider.
The Public Health Agency of Canada collects case reports on adverse events following immunization from provincial and territorial health departments, health care professionals and the pharmaceutical industry.
The data is stored in the Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization (CAEFI) database and is used to signal adverse events that may require more in-depth investigation. The main function of the Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System (CAEFISS) is to ensure the continued safety of vaccines on the Canadian market by monitoring adverse events following immunization with vaccines.
How to Report
For the General Public
Should you experience an adverse event following immunization, please ask your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist to complete the Adverse Events following Immunization (AEFI) Form.
For health care professionals
If a patient experiences an adverse event following immunization, please complete the appropriate Adverse Events following Immunization (AEFI) Form and send it to your local Health Unit in your province/territory.

Apparently it takes about half an hour to fill out the paper work for the Canadian one. It is something like 9 pages long. That is one slow process.
European Adverse Events
Good luck finding a place to report an Adverse event. I looked for a good half hour. I think only doctors and drug companies can report adverse events. I could be wrong. If anyone finds it let me know in the comment section.

Students Rally Against Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccines at NJ University: ‘They’re Going to Keep Moving the Goalposts’
Hundreds of Rutgers University students and their parents held a rally on the university’s New Brunswick, New Jersey, campus on May 21 to speak out against the school’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for students.
The event was organized by Turning Point USA, Young Americans for Liberty, and NJ Stands Up, a medical freedom advocacy group, in response to the university’s new requirement — introduced in March — that all students enrolled for in-person classes for the 2021 fall semester must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
Georgia Governor Bans State COVID Vaccine Passports
Georgia governor Brian Kemp signed an executive order Tuesday banning the state government from requiring COVID vaccine passports or assisting private establishments that seek to mandate them, the governor’s office said.
“Today’s executive order makes clear that vaccine passports will not be utilized in state government,” the Republican governor said in a written statement.
So how many people would know what all the adverse events are?
Take the test with your kids. There is a pop up box on the left. You can click it to bring up different side effects of the vaccines. After you do that then decide if any child or even adults could figure out what it is all about to give consent. Those would be the side effects on papers, they are suppose to give you to read before you get a vaccine. You can also choose which vaccine you want to check. Just take the check marks out of the little red boxes.
